Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order. However, post the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be significant changes to these delivery times, with some restrictions according to each country’s border policy. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step. Please contact us to understand risks, restrictions and possible delays to your location.

Duties & Taxes

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. If any orders are not delivered in such cases where additional taxes and duties are not accepted or settled by the recipient at the delivery address, Rithihi will not be liable, and will not refund such orders.


Rithihi provides no exchanges for international orders. For orders within Sri Lanka, exchanges are possible in the unlikely event that something you ordered from Rithihi is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style. All exchanges are subject to quality check at our end. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Exchanges are acceptable within fourteen (14) days from the date on which your order was delivered. You may drop off, or courier it to Rithihi (pvt) ltd – 19, Alfred House Gardens, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka.

Product Details And On-Screen Colour Accuracy

We try our best to depict accurate colours on screen; however, there may be minor discrepancies. As a majority of our products are hand dyed and handcrafted, colours and certain details may have slight variations within  the same product or within product ranges.
